I picked up my Volvo today after you had repaired the damage from a hit and run accident. Not only did you make the entire process easy and painless, you repaired the car to a “better than new” appearance. From my first conversation with Donna, to the estimate with Brad, you handled everything, including dealing with my insurance company. A special thanks to Brad for answering all of my questions and explaining the process of what was going to happen in detail. He was patient, knowledgeable, offered to arrange a loaner car for my convenience, and gave me a realistic time line of when the car would be ready.

I thought I should write to tell you what an excellent job you did in winning my business and repairing my vehicle.
About a month ago, I was involved in a minor traffic accident where the right, front of my 1995 Jeep Wrangler was damaged. My State Farm Insurance agent gave me a number of choices as to where I could bring my vehicle. I am so glad I chose you. Not only was the job done in a quick and efficient manner; but you also charged me less than the original job was quoted.
Further, while my Jeep was in the garage, I was informed that I had a problem with the clutch and would need to have it replaced. You quoted me a price, which I compared with other garages in the area. Your quote was the cheapest. Surprisingly, I was contacted a few days later, after the Jeep had been brought in, stating that the clutch was fine and all I would need is a muffler valve replaced. This news saved me approximately $400.
It is very rare these days to find people and businesses who take pride in their work, strive for honesty, and provide service at a reasonable price. Carty’s at Caves does all of these. You have earned and will retain my business.

My last service experience with my Ford Truck at the dealership was so traumatic that I have been reluctant to address some of the service issues that have been accumulating.
